Old Skool Splintered - 10/28/1998

Postby MarcP » Sun Jan 13, 2008 3:58 am

This is the first Splintered Sunlight show that I ever recorded. Back on my old big ass home Cassette Recorder that i used to rip out of my entertainment center every week and drag it to the gigs before I got my first DAT recorder.....which was also a large home unit style recorder

It's hard to believe that this is almost 10 years old in October!!! :?: :?: :?: :?:

Whoa oh, what I want to know..........

WHERE DOES THE TIME GO :?: :?: :?: :?: :?:

You can really notice the "cig smoking Butchy" voice on this recording compared to today's "smoke free Butchy voice" on the 2007-2008 recordings.

((((BUTCHY'S 'CIGARETTE FREE' LUNGS)))))

 Marc. I loved my cassette deck! Can't wait to listen, tape hiss and all, from how they sounded back then and how they sounded now.
There is a road, no simple highway,
between the dawn and the dark of night.
And if you go, no one may follow.
That path is for your steps alone.

For those who were around back then.............

You'll notice the "All FIRED up!!" chants in between songs :-D

So many roads I go all I want is one to lead me home........
Life's a long song. But the tune ends too soon for us all.
