Bill Hargrove Memorial Show - 7/26/2001

Hard to believe it'll be 7 years this Summer. This was an amazing show dedicated to a great early member of the Splintered family. First started hanging with Bill, Eric, and Bob Fay back at Maui in the summer of 97. Man did we used to have some fun. Back when you could puff out in the open right in front of the stage and pass around ridiculously large glass. We used to have fun blowing big hits up at the stage during the jams.

Brother Bill, we miss you buddy!!!

Our friend Mike Brill also makes a guest sit in appearance on this one!!

Wow - Marc, how did you and I miss each other at Maui? Yeah, missing Bill big time....now there was a guy who needed Marinol, b'c the smoke was his undoing ( well -ciggies too -but smoke is smoke)....while on the subject of dearly departed -a shout out to Neal Cooperhouse, ski trip #1 entrepeneur!! He was a good pal who shared many GD shows with me, via trains,planes, and automobiles...untimely passing, for both dudes....let's keep ourselves in check....life is swift...dance till you drop!

I'm so happy you posted this show Marc!! I had to miss this one, well um, because I was in labor Bill was such a kind & gentle soul , I'm forever grateful for the chance I had to get to know him. He will live forever in our hearts ~ a box of rain will ease the pain & love will see us through!
