Okay - back on topic!
Let's clarify Keith; Bonds has never tested positive for any illegal substance at the time of the test.

Those substances are now illegal, but not then.
Curtis mentioned making everything legal and thereby washing the slate of any potenial garbage; but doing that would only cheapen the game more than it already is.

(Thank you television and expansion)
Look, as a Dodger fan (please refrain from the boos, hisses and other snide remarks; you won, okay?

) I could easliy batter Bonds since he was a SF Giant, but he's probably the best player I've ever seen, especially in his prime and since he's not tested positive for anything illegal at the time of his tests, I can see no reason to asterik his records once/if he enters the Hall. Hitting a baseball is the hardest thing to do; steroids or no.
To me, Pete rose belongs in the Hall. Yes, he gambled on baseball, but anyone who has ever seen him play knows for sure he never threw a game. Same parallel; differnt plane.
