I hope you enjoy these pics. If anyone would prefer not to have their picture posted, message me and I'll remove it. It was a great show last night, and I was very happy to be able to enjoy another fun time at Brownies!

WOW!

OMG, Steven, these pics are amazing! So very life-like!

I believe cameras, like cars, have vibes and "personalities" and I'm totally digging (and drooling over) yours... It was pretty much love at first sight... Your skills aren't too shaby either! ;-) ;-)

Great job and thanks so much for sharing your beautiful work with us! Much enjoyed!

Wow!
Makes me feel like I was there - beautiful pix St. Stephen! Even eliminated the orange-y glow that oft gives an otherworldy look to pixs of Thursday nights.
I adore the shots of Cyn & the other gal dancing; Johnnyra getting down and beautiful, luminous Raquel... she must have been gazing at Butchy, 'cause you can feel the love!
First time I looked, though, there was a groovy pix of Anders channeling a separate personality/face... and it's gone now! Hmm... I liked it.
And welcome to the fun, St. Stephen! I'll look for you to add my personal thanks when I return to church in mid-April.
Don't tango with the Freak Show, Baby....

Wow, what great shots! Fantastic! I didn't even know you were taking them of me/ the crowd. Yeay for low-flash high-quality cameras & unobtrusive photogs! :-D

I concur, you certainly captured emotions of crowd & band. That's what I'm always drawn to when taking pictures, the crowd. My shots never come out this good tho, I have a little camera-envy.

That night was 1 year since my father passed and I wasn't sure I was going to make it out, but my mom pushed me out the door at 11:30. I stayed for less than an hour, but it was just what I needed to clear my head.

This is one of those times when "thanks" doesn't quite do it. However, thanks! Thanks everyone, band and family, for ending a difficult & sad day on a happy note for me.
All you need, all you really need...

Again, thanks all for your too-kind comments. I wish I knew who was who, but hopefully those of you I haven't met will introduce yourselves. Or maybe I know you by your real name, and not your BB handle, as D-Joe has introduced me to many of his friends, and he seems to know just about everyone!

I did shoot with no flash, and that's why the shots are so grainy - iso 6400 in most cases. Also, I shot about 100 photos during the course of 1 1/2 songs and had MANY non-keepers, and I posted only the best ones. I also loaded them all into the computer for exposure and color balancing to the extent possible. Anyway, I'm glad so many of the family enjoyed the shots, and I look forward to taking many more, hopefully some in better lighting conditions.
