all good things in all good time! but i do believe a few of these have popped up more recently.....esp. He's Gone....either 7/209 or 6/25/09....which is, of course, yet another reason why you are never sorry you caught a splintered sunlight show!!
Gratefully yours,

Oops. "He's Gone" was played recently, 6/25--my bad.

Consider this list a HINT (especially the "Deep Elem") for Thursday, 7/9, because I will be in attendance for just the third time in 2009.

Cordially,

Segal, Michael A.

PS- Let's add a few more:
7. Mountains of the Moon
8. Reuben and Cerise
9. Cat's Down Under The Stars
10. Little Star
11. Theme from "Sanford and Son"

"all good things...." DJ
"Thankful for what is offered..." EZ

Sure, but I'm with Mike: ain't no harm a t'all in asking (either the universe or the Splintered gents) for what is desired.
However, there's a world of difference between asking & hoping and demanding & expecting, and I don't think anyone here has exhibited that attitude of entitlement.

(Of course, should the gents begin recieving song suggestions on their door steps wrapped in dead fish or pinned to the collar of their dogs, I may adjust my perspective... :-D )

Okay then, my request is Eyes with exactly 3 Butchy jams and one or two Mickey jams, played in a 1973 styleand last at least 20 minutes (post Estimated, of course). And please save this one for July 30 as well > Donna could kick it a notch by joining in !!

The band knows very well that I would never "expect" nor "demand" anything from them. Back in the day, every once in a while, I may have thrown a suggestion or two at them ("Hello, Goodbye"; "Daytripper"...) and I used to include a "Dream/Wish List" in The Rainbox each week but never anything even remotely resembling imposing upon them.

All I ever want the band to play is what they want to play.

I just wanted to clarify, Joy.

If you're there tonight, I'll see you soon, if not, we'll have yet another 'time' on Sunday!
